Congratulations, Adrian Altshuler, on Being Named to The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100!
All of us are simply thrilled to announce that our firm founder, Adrian H. Altshuler, has been selected for The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 attorneys for the state of Tennessee! The Top 100 list is carefully curated each year to include a select list of lawyers practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law.
The mission of The National Trial Lawyers “is to promote excellence in the legal profession through advocacy training, networking and education of trial lawyers.” The organization offers attorneys a chance to collaborate with their peers at various conferences, and publishes a magazine that discusses important issues regarding justice and “provides progressive and educational news, information, and articles relevant to the trial lawyer profession.” It also maintains a website that can be used by people in need of an attorney, or who wish to learn more about how the law is supposed to serve them.
How is an attorney selected for inclusion?
Because membership is not static – a new list of Top 100 is created every year – being named to the Top 100 indicates that an attorney has excelled in his or her field. When The National Trial Lawyers collates its annual list, it reviews:
- “Reputation among peers, the judiciary, and the public
- The previous year’s achievements, settlements and verdicts as a trial lawyer
- Board Certification as a trial lawyer or trial attorney
- Nominations received from leading trial lawyers, current members and/or our executive committee members
- Leadership and membership within other national and state trial lawyer organizations
- Rankings and ratings of the attorney by established organizations.”
